PROJECT IN PROGRESS

A major Aged Care provider in WA engaged Interite to refurbish their residential aged care facility, through a fast-tracked construction programme that enabled continued operations and minimised disruption to residents. The existing layout presented inefficient spatial flow, outdated amenities and communal areas that no longer met resident expectations.

Interite is currently delivering a carefully staged, two-phase refurbishment. Transforming resident, communal and staff spaces while maintaining day-to-day facility operations. Our value engineering and procurement strategies have significantly accelerated the construction phases and reduced refurbishment costs, allowing our client to stay on budget and immediately increase occupancy to refurbished spaces.

Completed in just eight weeks, Stage 1 works included twenty upgraded resident rooms and ensuites, multiple lounge and communal areas, and a new servery and dining space. Stage 2 is now underway, with a 14-week construction programme and tracking towards completion in mid-2026.
