Laser Dermatology is a Melbourne-based specialist dermatologist practice offering medical, surgical and cosmetic treatments. To support their growing patient base and accommodate the technical requirements of their services, they relocated to a new tenancy within the Box Hill medical hub.

Interite delivered a comprehensive design, project management and construction solution, transforming a 612m², two-level tenancy into a sophisticated specialist medical suite. Grounded in a deep understanding of dermatological workflows and compliance requirements, the layout strategically separates patient and back-of-house zones, with optimised circulation to support efficiency and discretion. The clinic includes multiple flexible consult and treatment rooms, dual reception areas to distinguish service streams, future-ready infrastructure for advanced laser technology, and procedure rooms designed and built to accommodate specialised equipment.

The interior vision reflects Laser Dermatology’s brand identity, with a signature teal colour thoughtfully integrated across patient, consult and treatment zones. Floor finishes, creative lighting and soft curved walls double as subtle wayfinding elements, intuitively guiding patients from reception and waiting areas through to consult and treatment rooms. High ceilings and generous natural light further enhance the refined, contemporary environment; creating a space that feels elevated rather than clinical.

The result is a purpose-built, multi-level facility that enables peak clinical performance while delivering a seamless and considered patient experience.
