Peter Doueihi

Peter is a highly experienced construction project manager with 15 years of expertise in commercial and live environment projects. He represents developers, executives, and government agencies, to deliver a range of projects such as new residential and commercial buildings, office fitouts and refurbishments, hospitality fitouts, hospitals, Police Stations and more. Peter see's projects from inception and planning to design and construction – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Timothy Angell

After 15 years with Interite, Tim has become the commercial and financial backbone of the business. As Head of Finance & Risk, he oversees everything from financial reporting and cashflow management through to contract negotiation, builders registrations, and insurance — spanning projects across NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA. Tim thrives on the complexity that comes with running the commercial side of a construction business, whether that's navigating a detailed client contract, or keeping the financial engine running smoothly behind the scenes. His broad remit means he's rarely far from the action, and the team knows that if something falls between the cracks, Tim's probably already across it.

Junko Windust

Based in Melbourne, Junko is an Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, aged care, residential and hospitality design. After studying Interior Design in Melbourne, she began her career in Tokyo before returning to Australia to build a diverse portfolio.

Junko is known for her user-focused approach and thoughtful use of colour, contributing to award-winning projects. For the past decade, she has co-led a boutique practice specialising in residential projects including ageing-in-place projects, creating spaces that balance practicality, beauty, and meaningful client outcomes.

With 28 years of experience, Joseph honed his craft at top-tier firms in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, adhering to ISO standards. His portfolio spans high-rise buildings, 7-star hotels, housing, hospitals, and universities. Rosh De Silva, an Architectural Designer with a Master of Architecture from the University of the West of England (UK), has over 10 years of experience across Asia and the Middle East. Her diverse background includes commercial projects, high rises, healthcare projects, designing retail and restaurant spaces, as well as residential development. Rosh combines complex problem solving and her a creative approach with advancements in technology, to create durable and timeless designs.

With over five years of experience delivering projects across healthcare, hospitality, workplace, and residential sectors, Neel Parikh is an Interior and Architectural Designer committed to achieving excellence through design. Holding a Master of Design from Swinburne University, he has contributed to both international and local projects, consistently aligning creative solutions with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Amanda Sceiczina serves as an executive assistant to the General Manager and Interite’s Leadership team. Prior to joining Interite, she was as an executive assistant at Guggenheim Investment Bank in New York. She has 10 years of experience supporting partners and leadership executives in the financial industry. ​

Aily is a Senior Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience across executive support, operations management and business ownership. With more than seven years supporting C-suite leaders and senior leadership teams at global corporations including ManpowerGroup, and over a decade running her own boutique concrete manufacturing business, she brings a unique blend of high-level EA capability and hands-on commercial acumen. Her experience spans the construction and commercial landscaping sectors, with strengths in stakeholder management, process improvement, procurement, and cross-functional coordination. Multilingual in English, Japanese and Mandarin, Aily is now Executive Assistant to the Director at Interite, where she applies her diverse operational and leadership experience to deliver strategic executive support.
