Interite successfully delivered a fully operational Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Gosnells, WA within just 60 days—on time and on budget. This rapid delivery played a vital role in supporting the local community by easing pressure on nearby hospitals and emergency centres.

Despite the constraints of a narrow, elongated site, Interite optimised clinic flow through strategic spatial planning. The layout was designed to streamline movement between reception, consultation, and treatment areas—ensuring staff efficiency and a smooth patient journey. Retaining much of the existing building structure, the team introduced effective enhancements to improve overall functionality and connectivity between spaces.

Public-facing areas were upgraded with durable, healthcare-appropriate finishes that align with the client’s brand colour palette, creating a cohesive and professional environment. Five fully equipped treatment bays, along with robust, wipeable furnishings—including beam seating in the waiting area—support the clinic’s anticipated high-volume of patients.
