Adora Fertility’s new Murdoch clinic marks Interite’s fourth fitout within Murdoch Square.

Our team delivered a full design, construction, and project management solution for Adora’s new IVF clinic. With a compact and narrow footprint, we utilised smart spatial planning and a strong focus on natural light, to create a welcoming patient-centric environment. Client spaces were strategically positioned to capture daylight, complemented by light finishes, soft textures, and timber accents, resulting in a warm atmosphere which feels non-clinical.

Working within a warm shell, we balanced budget and design integrity by retaining some existing ceilings and flooring, while updating finishes in key areas to achieve a cohesive interior. The result is a space that feels open, calm, and efficient, perfectly aligned with Adora Fertility’s patient-focused approach.
